Tickbirds' clawing march
Quite unusual sight of a wattled starling (Creatophora cinerea) and a Yellow-billed Oxpecker (Buphagus africanus) clawing their way through the dried mud cakes on the back of a water buffalo to find the best tick spot. Commensal feeding is not always a walk in the park !
Captured in Central Serengeti National Park, Tanzania.
