Eye level encounter with pine grosbeak
Foraging male pine grosbeak (Pinicola enucleator) making eye level contact with photographer. The pine grosbeak was feeding on sunflower seeds strewn around a patchy snow blanket close to a bird feeder found on a hiking trail of the Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area in Québec, Canada.
